Excellent customer service

It was all down to the customer service I was shown from Nina in the Derby store. She was really attentive (without being pushy) and extremely knowledgable about the products. We really felt we were being looked after and she genuinely wanted to help us get a product we were satisfied with. She really was excellent. We’ll be wanting to replace the bed in our spare room soon and I’ll head straight back to her.

The staff at the derby branch was very helpful in selecting the right mattress for us could not fault them .

The lady who assisted with my purchase was extremely helpful. She wasn't pushy at all and gave just the right amount of assistance without coming off as being too sales motivated. The mattress picking test was both fun and helpful and made narrowing down choices a lot easier. The mattress I chose was a reccomendation in the sale and I was extremely satisfied with the price.

Adam S was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. He was friendly and gave us plenty of time to make our decision whilst also offering his expert advice. His own experience of Tempur mattresses really helped and made us realise the price is definitely worth paying. I have already recommended Dreams to family members as I was so impressed by the customer service. Would definitely shop here again! Thank you!

Jo greeted us soon after we entered the store. She was friendly without pressurising. She then asked if she could help, listened to our requirements its and helpful suggestions . She showed us a number of beds, allowing us to try them out and explained their spe ificatkons. She was very patient and gave us a llot of time. Our requirements were not straightforward but she persevered until we found our perfect (hopefully!) bed.

We originally went in to look and get some ideas on prices as we were going to purchase from a competitor as we have history and loyalty to them. The service we received from Adam was very professional and not pushy. People buy from people and Adam made us feel we were the only people on earth for that hour. That made up our minds that we were buying from him. Therefore from Dreams.

Having pre-viewed the product on-line, when I arrived at the store I was greeted by Jo who quickly understood my needs and was extremely helpful throughout the process of selecting the mattress which most suited my needs. Having been shown the products most suited to my needs, I was left to give some thought to my choice. Having decided, the order was placed and arrangements made for collection of the old mattress. I was given a choice of delivery dates and was pleased to see that the first available date was within a few days. The whole experience at Dreams was very satisfactory and I came away a very satisfied customer.
