We weren’t in a rush to purchase anything however the offer was that good we didn’t want to miss out. Adam was great, we even got a cup of tea !!

We was seen by Chelsea in the derby store from the moment we walked in to the moment we left i was highly satisfied with my experience! Chelsea couldn’t do enough for us. I didn’t feel rushed going between many mattresses and pillows. She turned what I thought was going to be a daunting experience into a pleasurable one. I never once felt pushed into anything and ended up buying everything! I felt she went above and beyond looking after me and my partner even though she said she’s just doing her job! What a lovely lady and a great experience!

From start to finish, Jo in Derby gave us all the help and advice we could have wanted. With my disability she explained our options and talked us through everything. She recognised us when we re visited the shop a few weeks later to purchase the mattress Dm she was very helpful on both occasions.
