Just a very easy experience to buy a new matress

Great staff good experience

I was able to test a range of mattresses in the store. I found both the mattress test guide and the sales assistant Adam extremely helpful in guiding me through the available choices.

We were seen by a customer assistant by the name of JO at the derby store who took time to understand the needs of what I wanted. Her knowledge was exceptional and I was more than satisfied with my purchase thanks to jo. I would totally recommend DREAMS to any of my friends and family in the future.

Derby Meteor Centre store, great atmosphere, served by Adam, who came over really kind and friendly, left us to our own devices, gave us space. We had a think, compared to rival stores, and came back to speak to him, as felt so assured with him.
