Very efficient staff. Catetered for our needs very well

We were very happy with the help provided in choosing our new bed.

Chelsea was very attentive and helpful over two visits while we decided on the perfect bed set. Everything was explained about the specs of each mattress and how the support works on each. Nothing was too much trouble even after we tried each mattress for the 10th time! Great customer service.

The sales assistant knew all her information, we visited one day and didn't feel pushed into buying there and then and went back a couple of days later, we were offered a drink and were given time to look, social distancing were done correctly and masks worn.

The lady who served us was attentive but not pushy and gave us time to discuss our options. She was very knowledgeable and helpful

Very pleasant experience on 31/05/2021. Greeted by Nina with a smile. She talked to us with lots of useful information and l experienced the bed test to see what comfort would be good for me. We were offered a drink. It was all a good experience Social distance was good. Thankyou

Very friendly not at all pushy, nice to be offered a hot drink while just looking at products, explained the pricing boards very well so no hidden charges
