We found exactly what we wanted and staff were extremely helpful right from the start, the quality of the beds and mattresses was very impressive and we were happy that we could get a date for delivery within 2 weeks of ordering.

Very easy and straight forward sale, got exactly what I wanted for a fantastic price. Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and not at all pushy unlike the previous store I had been to ( not dreams)

I met an assistant immediately and was taken to view my chosen bed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was lucky enough to get a reduction in the price of the 2 mattresses which I purchased. Delivery will be 5 days after the order, which is excellent. I felt it was a very simple process.

The gentleman Adam that served me and my fiancé was extremely helpful and focused on finding the best product for our needs. No questions or problems were to much trouble would recommend and be revisiting in the future

The salesperson Adam was so helpful and friendly. He took a lot of time to explain all the options, offered me a drink and showed me the machine which recommends mattresses to you. I just managed to catch the end of the Easter sale which was great.

i was very satisfied with my experience at dreams mainly because of the young lady chelsea that assisted me. she was extremely helpful and listened to everything that we said. she gave us so much time to think about our decision. i don’t think i would’ve been as satisfied if chelsea ( 228A027071) didn’t look after us.

Even though the staff were very busy we still was treated well. We were given a drink while we waited for the assistant to become available. She was very polite and apologetic for the wait. Ordering was quick and informative.
