Both Jo and the store manager were very attentive and knowledgeable

we were shown and talked thru, all the questions we asked and given the time to make our choice with no pressure.

Adam, the staff member helping us out, was so easy to talk to. There was no awkwardness or pressure, he was just super friendly and helped us understand what we needed.

I dealt with Chelsea and also the store manager John I think. Both were very knowledgeable and so helpful on helping me make my choices. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions on what I was looking for. Overall a lovely shopping experience.

Fantastic customer service and knowledge of the products

We had two trips to our local dreams shop & both times we had great service from Adam. The first time was to look & shop around the second time was to put our package together & bring dad with his wallet to pay. Great experience & Adam helped whenever we needed him. Not too in your face but extremely helpful.

Chelsea was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know. She helped us pick the mattress that suited us with such ease and made no issue in any question we asked

Chelsea greeted us straight away and was informative and helpful. Unfortunately the bed we had chosen on line was not on show in the store, however we did purchase it. The waiting time compared to other stores was suitable for us and we were pleased there was no extra delivery charge. Chelsea went through all the options on offer ie insurance, installation, reduced price bedding and even offered us refreshments. All in all a good shopping experience.

We were greeted at the door and Jo made an effort to understand our needs and what we were looking for. Our sleep profiles were taken promptly and she knew exactly where each product was located making our visit extremely smooth. Advice given was not based on sale value but rather on the best option for us.
