Highly motivated and knowledgeable assistant who took us through the whole process and gave us valuable information in order for us to make the choice of bed and mattress that suited our needs . Even made us a cup of tea while she filled in the order form .Cannot rate this young lady high enough she was never pushy and only had our interests in mind which made our decision to purchase our bed an easy one . Would definitely recommend

The member of staff that helped me was a credit to your store, I can’t remember his name but he had a fresh tattoo of his daughters favourite dinosaur on his forearm :)

We were greeted by a store colleague just after entering the store and were asked if we needed any help. We said we were just browsing to start and he said no worries, let me know if you need any assistance. This was great for us as we like to have a look by ourselves until we’re ready to ask for help. We had a browse and then spoke to Nina about possible mattress options. She took us over to the sleep analysis machine and went through the process. Following that Nina gave us really helpful info and showed us the matched mattresses. Nina had a tonne of knowledge, wasn’t pushy at all and guided us to a great mattress that we were both happy with. The sales process was easy, quick and again not pushy. Nina offered us options on finance and the guarantee and booked a delivery in for next week. Can’t fault her knowledge and customer service, would definitely recommend anyone to visit the Derby store and see her for a new mattress. She’s an expert.

John and Chelsea were very professional and had excellent product knowledge. They helped me and my partner find the perfect mattress and frame for us and were extremely helpful.

Sales person was extremely knowledgeable about different products in the store and showed us a wide selection with a wide price range. The bit I like most though was after showing us the products he allowed us to walk around the store without constantly pestering us like other stores.

Ellie was polite helpful though close to closing time. Shown beds suitable for my disability given a quote & said would return. Discussed with my son & we studied the market. Returned & seen by John his knowledge was extensive & nothing too much trouble tried various options for bed frame & mattress At sale point told every option with a few reductions. Handled professionally from start to finish Well done Dreams of Derby at Meteor Centre looking forward to my delivery
