It was very easy everything nicely spaced out very clean everywhere and the store assistant Ellie was polite kind answered all the qustions we put to her and very knowledgable all in all a good shopping experience and no pushy sales people

I was attended to by Chelsea, who was very patient and understanding. Was buying multiple beds and mattresses for me and kids and she was able to offer the available specs to us and advised on based on the sleepmatch and also pillow choice based on my sleeping pattern and that of my kids. She was really warm and and have us good customer service offered us drinks and never seemed tired of my trouble 😊

Very professional and friendly service

the beds were great for testing and the special bed calibrator thing was very helpful in confirming the type of matress best for us. we were able to get everything in one go, it was very easy. The 20% sale discount was great too.

Jo who helped me at the store was great, she approached me as soon as I entered the store offering help if I needed. This was great because I was already feeling a bit overwhelmed, but at no point did she make me feel like she was pressurising me to make a sale, in fact at one point I decided to leave the store to have a think about the products and Jo was so kind and understanding, I possibly would have gone home at that point to think but the way that Jo treated me encouraged me to go back in and place the order.

Dealt with John at the Derby store. He was very aware my wife had been shielding during pandemic and was conscious i making her visit as stress free as possible. He had substantial knowledge of the products and explained each product for sale clearly. He understood our needs. My wife suffers authritis and hippo problems and was considerate and gave ample time to assess the best options for us leaving us alone to discuss and experience the product. This was a massive contrast to our visit at the Nottingham store at Castle Marina which left us less than impressed t say the least. So we we were pleased we pursued the matter and went to you other store at Derby.
