Adam and Jo at your Derby store are exemplary employees, they showed professionalism and a sense of humour.

Staff identified exactly what I needed. Friendly, but not pushy or intimidating, felt very comfortable given that your basically lying on a bed with a stranger looking a you. Although spent top end of my budget, I'm happy with my purchase and feel got good value for money.

Friendliness of Ellie, ease of trying the different beds and having a choice of suitable pillows, along with refreshments!

This was the first time visiting Dreams store and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice and product quality. The choice was made much easier using the technology to match our needs to the product and the advice received from the salesperson.

Customer assistant acknowledged me and my husband even though they were all busy with other customers which I thought was very good. Didn’t have to wait long The sleep match configuration bed was excellent to find us the correct mattress. The assistant was also very patient whilst I tried lots of pillows too. Ordering and paying was very easy and had everything explained
