Nina at the Derby store was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. She really listened to what we said we wanted and showed us around the relevant products. She wasn't pushy and made it a really smooth process.

Everything was fine. We didnt know what we wanted until Joanne helped us finding out exactly what we needed. We had no idea of prices or finance and I am very happy with the payment plan and mattress.

Joanne was extremely helpful, she took time to listen to our needs. Made us feel very comfortable offering drinks and we used the sleep machine which helped us understand which matteress would suit our sleeping position best.

The staff was very friendly and helpful I only purchased a headboard and unfortunately it didn’t fit inside my vehicle so the staff organised a delivery for me , excellent service I would highly recommend the store , mr R shorter 42 wood road chaddesden
