Nina was very understanding and helpful and her assistance was top notch

I was highly satisfied because right from the moment we stepped in to the store we were greeted by a lovely lady called Chelsea and given the best service. Due to damp mould and a terrible housing association we had to throw our old mattress away so Chelsea found us an outstanding deal and we couldn’t be happier.

The store was very busy and every member of staff was working flat out. They all seemed to make time for all the different customers and there was a calm, but obviously hectic atmosphere. Nobody seemed to mind that the staff were splitting themselves between different customers to avoid anyone being left unattended. Staff were talking to each other, helping each other out and making sure that everything was being done correctly. It was a very professional set up.

The headboard we had seen online was unavailable however we were shown similar and talked through different options to ensure we were happy.

I wasn't sure what I really needed relating to the type of mattress that is suitable for me. Nina was very helpful and supportive. I'm a little bit concerned that the ex.display mattress i purchased will still be in the same condition as when I agreed to pay for it, as the delivery will be a few weeks from now.

Adam helped us out as he did when we bought our last mattress a few years ago. Super friendly and helpful without being intrusive- with a bed, you just want to spend time thinking it through and trying a few out and have someone on hand when you have questions. Adam was also wearing a face mask, which we liked given Covid is still very much around. We also had two small kids with us and Adam interacted brilliantly with both.

The salesperson had excellent experience and knowledge and made it easier to purchase the right bed.

Jo at the Meteor Centre was perfect for me in terms of what I require when shopping . Clearly able to talk product specifications as well as offering the right level of helpfulness and leaving me alone to consider my purchase. All offered with friendliness and humour to make spending a lot of money as painless as possible
