The customer service was impeccable. The sleep match experience was fantastic and made the highly stressful job of purchasing a mattress very easy. When our first choice of bed was unavailable a second, which was almost exactly the same was found within minutes.

The staff where very friendly but not pushy Ellie was very helpful and explained about the different mattresses, I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends

Jo at the Derby Meteor Centre was really helpful. I spoke to her in store and then on the phone when I placed my order, which was quite large. She was patient, helpful and friendly. I appreciated this level of customer service as it is often lacking these days.
