Sales person was excellent very helpful I was thinking to myself I’ve left it a bit late to make purchase so I asked if they want me to come back in next day as time was running out before closing and flatly said there is no problem about the time never felt rushed or pressured whatsoever so was greatly appreciated thanks and was dealt with superbly and well advised on products

The Staff member talked us through the process of selecting the right type of mattress and answering all our questions. Having discussed alternatives she was considerate enough to let us discuss our options alone and joined us again to answer any outstanding issues. She appeared to understand our and did all she could to alleviate them. Nothing was too much trouble.

Jo was very knowledgeable and helpful - she was willing to take all the time we needed and with a friendly smile and attitude - she is certainly a credit to your company

All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful during our trip to the shop. They went out of their way to answer various questions that we had. We were offered refreshments and pillows to help make our choice. We have used this store before and will continue to do so for all of our bedding needs. Sweet Dreams .....zzzzzz

Jo, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The choice options of different bed frames, mattresses and headboard were fabulous. We felt valued as customers.

We haven't received our bed yet as only ordered yesterday, but the service we received so far was second to none. Paige at Meteor Derby was so helpful, knowledgeable and asked us what our budget was straight away and didn't show us anything out of that budget. She advised us to go on the sleep machine to test which mattress is best and that was very good. All in all so far it has been great, and we hope the good service carries on when we get our bed.

Joanne was so helpful and knowledgable about the mattresses. We went on the special machine and I learnt how important getting the right mattress is. Joanne helped us to find the right for within our budget. I left feeling very happy with what we bought. Joanne also asked financial questions sensitively which always makes me feel at ease. In a few years we will save up for the more expensive mattress we would like. Thank you
