Dreams - Derby

Although staff are wearing face masks, there was a smell behind it. Chelsea greated us with a friendly attitude, she was very easy to talk to. She listened to what I needed and guided me to the machine to decide what type of mattress I would benefit from. We also had assistance from John, who also took time to explain each individual mattress. There was no pressure for you to buy the expensive mattresses either. We had the choice of drinks offered multiple times, there was no rushing you to make a choice. There are multiple offers on different mattresses. I very impressed on the service I received.

The staff member who dealt with my purchase was very helpful, informative, pleasant and polite, he explained everything very clearly, giving me a few minutes to telephone my daughter for advice regarding the mattress i was looking at. I was offered a drink of water, which i thought was a very nice touch. Over-all i was very impressed with the customer service and the whole experience of visiting the Dreams store.

Our welcome into the store - Dreams at The Meteor Centre, Derby - was super; Ellie was quick to greet us and was attentive to our needs. She clearly had good knowledge of all mattresses and we felt confident in being guided by her.

As I visited your store about 1hr before closing there were quite a few staff standing about but straight away I was asked if they could help... I didn't purchase the bed that I had seen advertised as It didn't meet my needs so by the time I had gone for the bed I wanted... upped the TV size... taken out extra warranty.. and for your guys to put it together I ended up spending an extra £1000..I'm sure it will be worth it. Ellie at dreams was fantastic her product knowledge and customer service was excellent.

Nina provided excellent customer service. She was able to discuss the beds we were looking for and helped to point us to the correct type of bed we were looking for.

Visited store twice and met by the same level of welcoming, knowledge and helpfulness both times.

Very welcomed and helped without our visit we said it for our daughter who was 17 and the lady spoke to our daughter as she was the customer well done and looked to us as well
