Staff always friendly and very helpful

Nina was very friendly and professional. From the computer simulation of our sleeping positions to the differences of each mattress, she explained everything in a clear and bright manner. We are very happy with the experience.

Our welcome into the store - Dreams at The Meteor Centre, Derby - was super; Ellie was quick to greet us and was attentive to our needs. She clearly had good knowledge of all mattresses and we felt confident in being guided by her.

As I visited your store about 1hr before closing there were quite a few staff standing about but straight away I was asked if they could help... I didn't purchase the bed that I had seen advertised as It didn't meet my needs so by the time I had gone for the bed I wanted... upped the TV size... taken out extra warranty.. and for your guys to put it together I ended up spending an extra £1000..I'm sure it will be worth it.
