Friendly staff with a good knowledge of products and sensitive to the needs of my disabled wife.

Staff were friendly, highly knowledgeable about the products available. Efficient, listened to what we said and acted on that information. Not pushy giving us plenty of time to discuss and try the various options available. All in all a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. Adam who assisted us on our visit, could not be recommended highly enough.

I took my 85 year old disabled mum in her wheelchair to pick a new mattress. A lady called Chelsea helped us from start to finish. She was superb. As my mum is disabled and finds it difficult to move about, some patience is required. Chelsea was great with us and made the whole process (for both of us) stress free. She had a good knowledge of the products which made it much easier to choose what my mum wanted.

Although staff are wearing face masks, there was a smell behind it. Chelsea greated us with a friendly attitude, she was very easy to talk to. She listened to what I needed and guided me to the machine to decide what type of mattress I would benefit from. We also had assistance from John, who also took time to explain each individual mattress. There was no pressure for you to buy the expensive mattresses either. We had the choice of drinks offered multiple times, there was no rushing you to make a choice. There are multiple offers on different mattresses. I very impressed on the service I received.

Nina was very friendly and professional. From the computer simulation of our sleeping positions to the differences of each mattress, she explained everything in a clear and bright manner. We are very happy with the experience.

Staff always friendly and very helpful

The staff member who dealt with my purchase was very helpful, informative, pleasant and polite, he explained everything very clearly, giving me a few minutes to telephone my daughter for advice regarding the mattress i was looking at. I was offered a drink of water, which i thought was a very nice touch. Over-all i was very impressed with the customer service and the whole experience of visiting the Dreams store.

Jo was lovely in handling our requirement for a mattress! This was our first proper mattress and we were concerned about comfort levels with us both having incredibly bad backs and Jo really helped put our minds at ease when choosing the mattress and didn't seem to mind following us around the store while we tried nearly every mattress available!

Very satisfied with the staff service. Nothing to much trouble. Welcoming with the offer of drinks when entering the store. All staff very pleasant. And helpful
