Sales assistant (Adam I think) was very friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He knew the products like the back of his hand which made a big difference.

John was knowledgeable and friendly. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. We were given the chance to use the sleepmatch after John explained how it works.It actually came up with the Tempur mattress we had already chosen. Paperwork completed swiftly and everything we had ordered was demonstrated to us. Advised of a confirmation e mail being sent which actually arrived as we left the store. Excellent service all round.

Jo served us (ref: 228A027113)(Derby store) She was very friendly and knowledgable. We had not got a clue where to start looking for a new mattress. She talked us through everything and was very patient. She gave us all the information that we needed to make an informed decision, but she did not put us under any pressure. She gave us the confidenve through her knowledge of the products that we were making the right decision for us.

The lady who helped was very knowledgeable and she only showed me products that I had said I was interested in and best suited to my needs
