Our assistant Joe explained to us about the tempur mattress and put my mind at ease about the doubts I had over bad reviews of memory foam. It really was the most comfortable mattress, and the cool touch feature reassured me about overheating. She was very patient and not pushy.

We we're greater by a cheery staff member who asked us what we were looking for, asked if we wanted to try the sleepmatch system to better help us select a bed. He guided us through this, showed us our recommended products and let us try them out and then left us to browse in our own time. He was readily available when we had questions and made our choice. Once the choice was made he made the purchase very easy and simple, explaining everything along the way.
