Our sales assistant Nina was brilliant , professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

the shop assistant listened to what I wanted and made recommendations. She made me feel relaxed and was very knowledgable and was never pushy

I wanted to downsize on my bed due to bereavement found the service given was top notch at no time was I pressured into buying time was spent explaining what happens next etc wasn't sure about extra protection not sure it was needed but decided to go with. all in all it was a good experience all round
