All staff were courteous and acknowledged us, whilst giving us the space to browse, and letting us know they were available should we need any assistance. Katy let us know where the various items were that we might be interested in, after asking what we might be interested in. She then followed up when we had narrowed down our search, and gave us time and space to test the mattresses we were interested in. Katy then was able to take us through the options available to us, for purchase and delivery, and helped us to finalise our purchase. No pressure, no hard upselling, just staff willing to listen and do their best to accommodate our requirements.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff (Adam). He welcomed us to the store , asked if we wanted a drink, hand sanitiser was available, he spoke to us about the pricing of the beds and left us to explore. When we needed more information he was available and demonstrated the product to us. Later he explained everything including the fitting procedures when we placed our order.
