Good amount of products to demo in store - both beds & mattresses. The Dreams salesperson (Chelsea) was excellent.

All staff were courteous and acknowledged us, whilst giving us the space to browse, and letting us know they were available should we need any assistance. Katy let us know where the various items were that we might be interested in, after asking what we might be interested in. She then followed up when we had narrowed down our search, and gave us time and space to test the mattresses we were interested in. Katy then was able to take us through the options available to us, for purchase and delivery, and helped us to finalise our purchase. No pressure, no hard upselling, just staff willing to listen and do their best to accommodate our requirements.
