We were welcomed and assisted straight after entering the store. Saving our time we were asked if we specifically know what we're after. We were proposed to use the machine-bed to check which mattress fits us best, and given recommendations form. It clearly stated what our needs are and helped us towards choosing the right mattress for us. Our visit was made comfortable, and advisor took as much time and gave as much attention and information as we needed to finally make our decision.

Nina was extremely helpful and attentive. She made herself available as soon as we entered the store, advised us without being pushy and gave us space to discuss yet still making us aware that she was around should we need her. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and inspired confidence in us. As a result, we only came in for a mattress, we left with that along with two new bed stead’s! Thank you Nina.
