We were not attacked by an assistant when we walked into the store. Staff were available after we had looked around and had identified items that were of interest. Staff member (Nina) was very helpful and had the knowledge to help us with our selection and guide us through order process by explaining options available .

I simply got what I wanted without other products I made clear I wasn't interested in being pushed on me

I found John the salesman very knowledgeable about the products and most importantly he listened to my requirements for the purchase of a new bed

Joanne was extremely respectful and, after offering her help and initial advice, left us to browse on our own until we requested assistance. She was also very helpful with choosing mattresses and dealing with our order and paperwork. The whole atmosphere was far more relaxed and polite than other more aggressive furnitures store chains .

Jo was very friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. She was patient as we tried and retried options.
