Katy was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgable, patient and cheerful through the whole process. The store had gone to great lenghts re Covid guidelines but not always practical to adhere to them. The cooling off period at Dreams is a lot less than other bed stores, so I hope we will not be prejudiced by this. All in all, what could have been a difficult experience was anything but, mainly thanks to Katy.
