Good customer service, great advice and knowledge

We were extremely happy with our visit due to the helpfulness and understanding of the store manger as we went in with a budget and we were given a couple of choices which were within our budget. Also very impressed that we are able to put part of our order on finance and pay for the rest on the day of purchase. Was also given a very quick delivery date!

The young man called Basil from Barcelona or it may have been Adam from Alaska was exceptional.

Ellie was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us the space and time to try the mattresses several times. Made it a lovely experience. Very friendly and understanding of our needs.

Our sales person Ellie (Derby meteor Centre store) was very helpful, wasn't pushy and therefore gave us space to make decisions. She knew her stuff and help guide us to what we think is a great choice for us

Our Assistant Adam was extremely professional and did not try to hard sell any product to us. His product knowledge was superb. We felt the service was taylored to our needs

Greeted by Nina on arrival in store. She explained about the special Dreams bed which matches your body to the correct mattress. We both tried the bed and found which mattress would suit us best. Nina then pointed out the most suitable mattress for our preferred comfort.

because we wanted two beds with very different needs the salesman Adam was very helpful and very understanding as we needed alot of explaining of the different types of mattress Adam had a good sense of humour

Adam was very friendly & welcoming. He put us at ease & answered all our questions.Retail shops need more Adams!!
