Dreams - Derby

Because Jo was lovely to talk to and gave us space to just try the beds and sleep machine, she didn't pressure us or try to sell it to us she just let the product talk for itself and left us to just enjoy it ourselves without overcrowding us like most salespeople do

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They knew when to approach and leave me to look around and/or try different beds.

I was well treated and my baby was really welcomed in the shop. I was more impressed with the Burton staff than the Derby one, but I was happy with both of them. I bought it from Derby as it was more convenient on the purchase day.

Suited me in terms of mattress needs and the bed frame itself was great

Chelsea was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel hurried to make a purchase

The assistant was very helpful. We visited the store on two separate occasions and dealt with the same assistant who was very knowledgeable on the products. She spent time with us on our first visit showing us what could be the products for us. After a few days we decided we knew what we wanted and returned . The same assistant dealt with us and we made our purchase after more information was given regarding protectors etc. We made the purchase via interest free credit, this was completed very efficiently . The lady (Jo) who assisted out purchase was very proficient and very professional explaining everything at each step. I feel we got a good price for our purchase !

Entered the store, colleague said hi and left us alone until we approached him, the range was good and he showed us the products which we wanted to see and advised about them. Advised us to go on the mattress tester which was worthwhile and brought a bed and mattress.

Nina the assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy and her product knowledge and advice was very good

We visited Benson for Beds where the service was non existent. We found a mattress we liked there but they didn’t offer any information or help so we went to Dreams who had the exact same mattress and the assistant was knowledgable, really helpful and spent time explaining the different in the pillows and benefits of this particular mattress.
