Very professional, friendly customer service. We received detailed information according to our needs. We were offered several different mattresses to choose from. We were given time and attention.

For a single senior the service was very professional and respectful and there was no hard sales push. I was left to make up my mind but at the same time was given options based on my requirements. I visited the store several times without feeling any pressure to buy. Also as a single person the option of assembly and removal of all packaging is worth the extra fee. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

I found the customer service experience at Dreams to be perfect. I was gently approached when I entered the store and asked if I wanted any help. It didn't come across as pushy or harassing, and I feel that if I had said "no, I'm fine thanks" I would have been left to happily browse by myself. I told the member of staff, Nina, what I was looking for and she explained the mattress colour coding and how I would find my way around the store. Nina also told me about the Sleepmatch service that was available, but again wasn't pushy, just letting me know it was available. I went through the Sleepmatch process and Nina showed me the matching mattresses within my budget. She did a great job of explaining the differences between the mattresses, both pros and cons, and then left me to think it all over and go back to her when I was ready. Again, no hovering pushy sales experience. It was exactly because of this relaxed and easy experience that I ended up buying a mattress there and then, and slightly over my budget. I'm happy to pay a little extra when things are made so easy. Thank you.

We spoke with two sales representatives during our experience. Chelsea took us through the sleep match process and found the right mattress for us, and Nina finalised the order the next day after answering many of the questions we had very competently

The lady who served us ‘Mina’? Was excellent. She listened to our needs and only showed us what we were after. She gave thinking time and space so we didn’t feel pressured. The best customer service we experienced that day and hence we were willing to buy on the day.
