Chelsea was brilliant!

Staff were very attentive, knew all about the products and guided me to the perfect bed, delivery waiting time was perfect so I will now see if the bed is as perfect when it's set up.

Waking up in the morning to discover our bed was broken wasn’t how we had planned our Sunday. I removed the old bed and started looking online for a replacement, hoping for a same or next day delivery. This was very ambitious of me and opened my eyes to the plethora of options for styles of beds. We visited the local retail park and started in Dreams. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the sales person. She was very good informative but allowed us enough space to look around ourselves. We found a bed we liked and checked on the overall cost. It was a bit more than we expected, so we visited the 7 other shops in the vicinity to see if they had a cheaper option. After an hour we ended back in Dreams to get the original bed we had seen. The sales person completed the order, offering us drinks whilst we went through the process. Over all it was a Dream ordering our bed.

We were served by Adam who was very helpful in helping us choose a mattress. He showed us a machine that I can't remember the name of that measured me and my partner and provided a list of suitable mattresses. Adam's knowledge was excellent in explaining the different types of mattresses and helping us come to a decision.

Extremely great service very friendly staff, everything explained in great detail.

We looked around, helped by Chelsea, then went to look at alternatives, on our return we we helped and happy to buy.

Good explanation was done of the mattress, explained the payment options.

John took time to explain how to choose the right bed rather than just going round lying on them , very friendly,not pushing us for any sale All the time was spent what each mattress could offer in the way of support,comfort and getting a good nights sleep John was excellent in way he helped

I was helped by different staff members and they were all friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Offered a drink and given plenty of thinking time. Excellent service from start to finish of my visit
