The staff (Micheal) assisting was very attentive, yet gave us time & space to make our decision. We were offered something drink. He listened to what we were looking for & pointed us in the right direction. He was friendly and very approachable.

Once we has the right information, we were shown a selection of mattresses, 5 out of the 6 felt really comtable,but the proof would be an all night sleep. Yet to be determined, as waiting for delivery. But the good news is, we have an option to return it if not satisfied. Hope that won’t be the case. Selected the cool mattress in the end, high price, but hope it is worth every penny. Time will tell. Thank you Michael for all your help in the Purley store.
