Deyrek was the specialist who helped us and I couldn't have been happier. He was not only knowledgeable and friendly but he also took time to really listen to what we were looking for and asked us questions to ensure he understood our needs. We will be back in a few months to purchase a frame and mattress for our daughter and I will be asking for Deyrek when I do.

Michael Francis was a really nice sales assistant who made me feel comfortable when I was a little embarrassed about going on the sleep machine. Allowed us to trial a few beds and explained after why I would/wouldn’t enjoy the bed (which was in line with my opinion)

Very friendly service - Michael even made us a coffee. We found the mattress we wanted at a good price

We spoke to Glen who was great from start to end. In fact, we visited twice. He was so helpful the first time, when we went away to think about it, it was everything he said that made us think we wanted the bed we chose. He offered us drinks, laughed with us, took care of us etc. He was really great

Michael Frances was very welcoming and professional, he greeted us offers a drink, provided an alternative pillow and guided me through sleep match. He appeared very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to give me the best option without being pushy.
