We were served by Michael in the Croydon branch and it was a flawless experience. We didn't know where to begin so he showed us the Sleepmatch machine and then took us through the suggested mattresses for our needs until we found the perfect one. Michael was incredibly friendly (even offered us a hot drink) and very knowledgeable and was also careful to ensure we were safe at all times using paper to wrap pillows, wearing a visor etc. We came away very happy with new pillows and only have to wait a few days before the mattress arrives. Perfect service, we would recommend Dreams to anyone!
