Went to this particularly shop probably around 5 times in the past 2 months looking for a new bed and never had a proper service, we did not have been look after. This time we were look and Daryck looked after us and had all the patience with us as we were not sure which bed will be the best for us. He shows knowledge and people skills.

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us a small number of mattresses to suit our needs initially, and we didn’t need to look any further. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Soon as I walked into Purley Way store I was greeted with a warm welcome from Diane. I told her my budget i had to spend for a new bed for my Grandmother, she was able to help me right away making suggestions. She put me in the direction of what was best being she had a mother similar age, she even gave me a small discount as we went little over budget. Delivery dates was quick also will definitely go back to purchase a bed for my children. Great customer service.
