I believe my experience purchasing a mattress and mattress protector with my wife was highly satisfying as a direct result of Michael Francis’ (the staff member who assisted us) level of attentiveness to us. He was patient and informative, facilitating some great conversation but most importantly he was a true professional! He greeted us with kindness, and let us try as many mattresses as we liked with our own sample pillows and even offered us a drink as we made our purchase.

Very smooth experience from start to finish. We were welcomed upon entry by Michael and we stated we were simply browsing at which point he kindly offered direction and left us to explore. As soon as I required help, Michael was on hand instantly and was highly professional throughout.
