I was highly satisfied as I was approached by a friendly sales assistant called Diane who asked me what I was looking for and showed me a range of products so I was able to choose which one I found most suitable .Her knowledge of the products was very good and She was able to answer all the questions I needed to ask .

We were welcomed to the store by Barret who was simply brilliant. He was knowledgeable, on-hand but not overbearing and extremely polite. We were initially skeptical of the dreams mattress matching process but Barret made the whole experience, even with the added COVID measures, straightforward and worthwhile.
