Dreams - Croydon

I first began learning about what Dreams had to offer by telephoning the store in Retail Valley Croydon. I spoke to Diane who was extremely helpful and encouraging. Subsequently I visited the store and was further advised by Diane who was able to point out the various combinations of mattress with divan base. The store is managed so that customers are aware they should be wearing masks and use sanitizers on entering. Paper towels are available so you can cover the pillows for hygiene purposes. Diane's experience was a positive influence on my choice. She was pleasant and positive - and patient with my questions! I would definitely recommend my friends go to Dreams if they need a new bed and/or mattress. The range is so much bigger than the high street stores which I searched prior to going to Dreams and therefore so much more to choose from. Thank you Dreams!

Excellent service from Barret. Knowledgable, friendly, but knew when to give us space to make our decision. We didn’t feel rushed by him.

I was highly satisfied as I was approached by a friendly sales assistant called Diane who asked me what I was looking for and showed me a range of products so I was able to choose which one I found most suitable .Her knowledge of the products was very good and She was able to answer all the questions I needed to ask .
