We described what we wanted the store assistant was knowledgable and very helpful. Purchased the bed there and then.

We knew exactly what we were looking for when we visited the store & were welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. He took us directly to the product we wanted, as well as offering us additional products that we also purchased. He offered us a drink and was very professional, helpful and efficient.
