Glen at your Croydon store was very helpful and patient in ascertaining our needs and was able to recommend the mattresses suitable and fully explaining the reasons why. This enabled us to make an informed decision on which mattress and base to purchase. Well done Glen! Also the service from Jordana James in your customer services dept was exceptional in dealing with my query and arranged a prompt delivery of our Tempur mattress, which was delivered on 25th April 2022. Still waiting for a date for our sleepmotion 400i base. Both Glen and Jordana are a credit to your company.

There were staff visible and present to help with my enquiry. I didn’t feel harassed or pushed by the sales staff. I was treated with kindness and made to feel important.

We were greeted by the staff at the store in a friendly relaxed manner and asked if we required help. I felt happy with this as sometimes you are basically lept on by staff as soon as you enter a store. we were served by Diane, she met and exceeded our expections, we placed our order and was offered a very rapid delivery date. Very happy with the experience and the customer service Diane gave us.

Staff were attentive and listened to what we needed.

We were looking at 2 beds one for our daughter and one for us. First off the member of staff greated us and asked if he was able to help we were lookingnfor a standard single or small double ottoman. He showed us all the available beds and was knowledgeable about each one. We were also looking for a matrices for said bed. We did the matrices sleep test bed. We also did this for us. His knowledge about matrices was also very good. All in he made it very easy to make the purchase.

Excellent customer service and managed to find the perfect bed! And advised it would be delivered in a week which is super speedy!

The salesman was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also very patient!
