Although initially I was ignored by one of the members of staff. I was seen by another who had just finished with a customer. He made himself immediately available and followed what appeared to be your best practice in store. It was the 1st day of opening after the November lockdown. He was attentive and I was pleased with his customer service and offered me a test for the type of mattress I needed with full safety measures and after trying several mattresses and deciding which other products I wanted he offered me a drink. He was very pleasant even though it was late in the evening after a long day. He turned what could have been an unpleasant experience positive.

Noel was extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and patient. He also offered water and we felt Covid secure in his presence. He offered us pillows too.

My sales assistant Deryck was very accommodating and very friendly he made sure I found the right frame and mattress for myself and even offered me a beverage which was very appreciated.

From onset the service we received we could not fault . Barrett was very friendly and welcome . First impression does count. Showed us what was available based on our request nothing was too difficult he was knowledgeable re the products . We were offered water . There was sanitisers on point of entry , and at the desk there was a screen between us . Shop was Covid 19 compliant . All in all a excellent service received and we even were able to get pillows . Well done
