The lovely man that helped us made sure we were always comfortable and he offered us drinks a few times which was very nice of him as some places do not do this. He wasn’t pushy with any products and wanted us to try a vast variety of mattresses ranging in price once we had got the diagnosis from the amazing mattress machine.

The reason I was highly satisfied was as soon as I walked in I was approached by a member of your team who helped me through the whole process, I knew which bedframe I wanted anyway I just needed to see it with my own eyes but also wanted if possible to do the sleep match machine as I also wanted to purchase a mattress as well which the sale member helped me do which was very helpful, the sales member who helped me was not only helpful but was genuinely friendly, didn’t just feel like he wanted to make a sale, also good with some humour, and a little extra discount, this is the second bed I have purchased from dreams now and the first my daughter is going to have when I receive my new one, my first bed was an oak frame bed which is still perfect. We were shown the 'dream machine' by a fab colleague Barret in the Purley Way store, Croydon. Barret provided us with pillows and hygiene covers, and showed us all the mattresses the machine recommended and was excellent at answering all our questions. Barret offered us tea and coffee, and had an excellent experience placing our order with Barret. He was really rather fabulous and genuine rather than being all salesy like you sometimes get. He was excellent at following the covid guidelines, and we definitely felt safe during the process. 10/10 will recommend going to see Barret at Dreams Purley Way.
