Our sales rep was very obliging and informative and made our experience quick and easy which was more important as we had our one year old with us. He did not do any hard selling, was patient and we had a very relaxed experience. Nothing was too much trouble.

Michael was very helpful, talked us through the different beds and mattresses and helped us find something in our budget.

Needed a Mattress in stock to take away on the day. Deryck the assisstant was very very helpful went above and beyond to help me.

The customer service assistant was lovely, warm and approachable right from in entered the store! He offered me a cup of tea and showed me the product I was after. He went as far as allowing me to test it out when recommended additional products and services which was lovely. I would definitely return to this store and recommend it to others.

We went to croydon and were greeted by michael, he was lovely, very informative, accomodating, even letting us have time to ourselves, offered us a drink which was a lovely touch. We had some difficulties with move in dates and the delivery date when he threw in a blow up bed for free which was massively helpful. He spent time explaining things and helpin us out.
