The member of staff (Michael D) that helped me was very helpful and friendly, he really helped me understand what I was buying and explained the entire process to me In clear steps which made me feel valued as a customer. He is an attribute to your company. The product verity was great so I was able to find what I wanted.

Customer service was excellent

Glenn was extremely helpful, he made us feel really welcome when we walked in. He was really knowledgable and informative and worked out what we needed in no time. Very professional and really personable. He was honest and factual. Overall a great experience from start to finish. I wish more people were as skilled and as friendly as Glenn. 11/10 if you ask me!

Because Diane was an absolute dream, gave me great assistance and was friendly from the start. She didn’t pressure me but assured me if I needed assistance. Diane has been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Greeted me straight away, offered a drink, did the sleepmatch service and guided me to try various mattresses with a pillow provided as well. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her, felt 100% looked after and she gave great advice in choosing the right bed and mattress.
