Simple and easy process. No queue, straight in and were greeted by Michael who was welcoming and super helpful but also happy to leave us to try mattresses without hovering, which is exactly what we wanted. We found what we wanted and were 100% happy with our visit.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Barrett, he was very helpful in showing us the different beds and assured us of the quality of the the beds, he carried out good health and safety and did his job very well.

Deryck from the Croydon Branch was very helpful and polite at all times. He listened and understood my needs and how much i had to spend at the time. He is very professional in dealing with myself and my Wife. He's an asset to the 'Dream Team'.

We came to dreams to find a bed, we was shown a number of beds but also wasn’t too sure on mattress so we done the dreams test and was advised which one to go for, after laying on about 4 mattress we decided on the one best for us

Quick and easy service.

Barret, the store advisor who processed our order, was very friendly and helpful. Offering us some water etc. All store staff were helpful, although I don't remember the other names I'm afraid.

Deryck was very helpful, patient & professional through out. I was happy with the level of service & knowledge. I was impress with the bed testing machine which I was encouraged to try out. I was offered refreshment.

Diane was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She was able to offer good advice on the products in store, which helped with my purchase.

The sales advisor Noel was excellent. Very smooth sale and he was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful. I spent over £2300 in dreams yesterday and will be back to purchase beds for the other rooms very soon.

Our sales assistant was very helpful. Although he was dealing with a number of customer we felt well looked after.
