Dreams - Croydon

From the moment my husband and I arrived, social distancing and all masked up sales staff were in place. We decided to go on Tuesday,4th May, as we knew the day before would be very busy and we were actually informed it was so. The member of staff who dealt with us was most informative as to our choice of mattress was informative, polite and most helpful.

Michael was amazing he helped the whole way through, didn’t rush took time to help me get the right bed ,really great customer service

Very helpful assistant calked Barrett - talked me through options and gave good recommendations- he was excellent

Deryck was really helpful and informative. We felt reassured that the mattress we chose was of a high standard and would provide the correct support required

Very knowledgeable assistant and not at all pushy, one reason we came back and didn't buy the same frame we say in furniture village. Deryk was calming to talk to during a purchase which can be slightly overwhelming, offered us water while we waited as he finished with another customer, made a point about welcoming us both times we came into the store. I've worked in a similar shop and realise there is a balance to strike with letting people brows and being on hand to assist without being overbearing.

Very helpful assistant who wasn't pushy. Nice friendly manner, store was clean and quiet.

we entering the store ,we are Tamil Noel(197) he speak Tamil, we ask the all of questions about the mattress .He answered clearly. we speak Tamil easy to understand. He ask tea or coffee. Almost very we happy to buy the things to Dream .

Great service and explanation by the team member , he asked us all about our needs and showed us the possibilities , didn’t feel pressurised into buying anything . Great visit to the store and fast delivery
