Dreams - Croydon

There are lots of options to choose from and we have been searching for the bed and mattress in many stores. This is the only where we could chose within 30min. The salesman also helped us to order quickly. We are happy with the service. Yet to receive the product but the store experience is excellent.

The customer service was top notch, from tje moment I walked into the CROYDON branch I was greeted, explained my budget etc, I was shown mattresses at the high end and low end of budget so I was able to make a good decision on my purchases. Thank you dreams!

The gentleman who served us was so helpful. I think his name was Michael (Croydon store), can’t recommend him enough. He advised us about the maximum mattress depth advised for bunk beds which I had no idea about so I’m very grateful. He was also very patient with my little girl who wanted to try all the bed and mattresses out. Quick, friendly service, will shop at Dreams again!

One of the staff members called noel was very helpful and made us feel comfortable as well as understanding the type of bed we want. He also offered us drinks which was very kind.
