Diane, the Dreams representative was both welcoming and very knowledgeable about all mattresses. I would recommend my friends to her any day.

Very welcoming and professional staff . His product knowledge was very good and he was incredibly patient ! He wasn’t pushy for a sale in anyway either.

The salesman, Moses at Purley Way Croydon, was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. He has helped me before. Very nice man.

We were greeted by Noel who directed us to a variety of mattresses and was able to answer our questions. He was friendly but did not try and push us into buying something we may not have wanted. We were also pleased with the quick delivery time.

I was welcomed almost immediately when I visited the croydon store. I was asked if I wanted a drink. I was then asked what I was looking for. I took the bed test got the results. I then tried about 5 different beds and chose one.

The gentleman advising me knew his stuff, was polite and the general atmosphere of actually being able to use the products is excellent. He also offered me a bottle of water.

Salesperson very helpful. Showed all the options on the computer printout and let us make our own decision with any advise when needed
