Diane was amazing from start to finish of the sale. She was very approachable. We basically told her what we wanted and she quickly provided us with options. This was our second visit in 5 years and again it was an amazing experience. Diane gave us options of delivery dates. She made the process so seamless. COVID restrictions were very well put in place. Diane offered us to try out pillows as well as we were looking for some pillows. Diane was very friendly. She knew exactly what we required. She told us about the different options. She was able to give all the information needed. We told Diane the size we needed and she was able to quickly point out the perfect bed. Wanted to say a big thank you to Diane. Will be taking in a small token to say thank you when we are next there. Thank you again Diane you weee amazing !!!

Moses, your officer, was people friendly and very patient , he made everything so easy, even when we hit a problem and had to return to the car for details of new delivery address. He is to be recommended for his customer service making it a very commendable customer experience.

The mattress we wanted was available to pick up in the store that day so there was no waiting time for it to be delivered. Deryck (B19T) was extremely helpful and friendly.

Alli was very attentive during my experience at the Purley Branch. He showed me a wide range of what I was looking for, including price point variations and colour options. He was not pushy in his approach which made me feel at ease and a pleasure to engage with.

We were greeted, given a pillow to help/alongside with choosing a bed, offered a drink, experienced the bed technology to find which bed was suitable and given the best possible bed.

i had access to an advisor without an appointment. I was given extensive, professional advice in a friendly manner. Quality of products seem to be very high. Impressed by the bed-machine analysis. Good service.
