My wife and I were pressurised to make a decision by your sales assistant who was very pushy all the time and also from the moment we set foot in to the store wanted to sale us pillows . We were put on the spot to make purchase which now I would like to cancel and get a refund .

The staff member was very helpful and discussed all the options that were available to us, before and after the purchase. We were very happy with the service.

We were served by Noel. We asked about the different types of mattresses and were told to try them out - he then walked off. He reappeared later and we said we were interested in a Rosebury D mattress and the black leather sleigh style bed. Before we could ask any questions he took us to the desk and produced an order confirmation. I noticed on the wall that you can try mattresses out for 40 days - Noel didn't explain this to us! A couple of days later I looked at the invoice and noticed a Lucia D B/S Brown (solid slats) had been ordered!!! Not black as requested!! We returned to the store on 03/01/2016 and saw Charles (Deputy Manager?). He said others had complained about Noel. Charles changed our order to the bed we wanted (Manhattan D B/X Black). He asked us if we wanted sprung slats - we didn't know what they were as Noel hadn't discussed them with us! We mentioned that we had requested the bed is built - Noel told us it would be but it wasn't added to order confirmation!!! Charles sorted everything out for us - the correct bed, the sprung slats, and the bed built and by way of compensation didn't charge us any extra. Charles was superb - Noel was very unhelpful.
