I was charged a £39 delivery fee to deliver a single mattress which i didn't even need carrying up to a specific room. I returned home after placing the order in store to discover that if I had placed my order online it would have been free delivery. I phoned the store to query this matter and no one returned my call so I took the matter up with customer services.

A rude salesperson that seemed only interested in getting a sale rather than our needs. We ordered a bed frame on a Sunday and booked for it to be delivered 8 days later. We were called on the Thursday, 4 days after we ordered and booked delivery to say that the product wpuld be delivered for over 10 weeks! I find it difficult to understand why the salesperson didn't manage our expectations as surely he knew this extremely long lead time. Overall sales person was rude and I'm deeply disappointed that I have to wait now 10 weeks. I wouldn't shop here again and would actively recommend friends and family avoid the store.

When the sales person approached me to help he directed me straight toward the tempur mattresses. He did not ask me what I was looking for or what my price range was. It was actually me that had to ask if I could try out different mattresses and tell him of my price range. This was shrug off as not being a problem because of the interest free credit. The only reason why I continued with this purchase is because I could not bear to keep my mattress any longer and that you have a 40 night guarantee otherwise I would have walked out.

The gentleman was very unfriendly it was clear he did not want to assist me. After I asked for help he stood 5 bed spaces to assist me, I felt very unwelcome and uneasy in the store. I then said I don't need your help and asked a young lady called Mel for assistance and she was very nice and friendly and explained and suggested I try out different mattresses. In the end I did purchase a small double mattress.

I ordered a King size bed which upon assembly is more like a double bed. It therefore does not suit my purposes. I was horrified that Dreams were not prepared to accept any responsibility. I believe this amounts to misrepresentation
