On arrival into the shop no one came to greet me. Some staff were busy with customers while other staff just stood around. I walked around to look at various product that I wanted to buy . Still no one came to assist. I waited by a bed and looked on to the staff but they appeared not to see me. So I purposely walked across towards them to look at a product. Still no one came . So I stood for a few seconds deliberating whether to walk out . Then a staff slowly walked to me to offer assistance. Even then I didn't feel welcomed or valued. After being shown the products I decided to place an order. It was only then when I was placing the order that i mentioned the poor reception. the staff pecked up and offered an apology and explained. Then I was offered a drink. But by then it was too late because first impression matters and customer reception matters too. It's not my first time into that store and it's not the first time I've felt unwelcomed in that store. Hence my poor rating. Last time the lady that attended to me was pleasant in herself when my query led to purchase. I like dream products I've always bought dream products since 2003.

The salesman was slightly forceful in his approach and also one of the major issues I saw was that he didn't read out any of the sections and areas of the contract. When asked about cancellation policies he was like "oh yeah its fine don't worry" when asked about the t's and c's he also just said its fine. I ended up asking him to allow me to read the documents as he wasn't reading anything to us or checking with us what he was doing. He ticked certain boxes without my consent, didn't ask if I was happy for x information to be shared, he didn't completely go through all the questions and when challenged was like its okay. He also allowed me to click one button and that was to sign the contract however I didn't click proceed or didn't click anything to confirm he did that all for me as "it's quick and it's fine" I understand he was in a rush to go home as he said that a few times but overall when it comes to contracts my legal rights were skipped so that he could do the job as quickly as possible. I was very tempted to walk away but really wanted the product so had to bear the terrible service and have had to read every t's and c's as he didn't confirm, answer.

Amended my order over the phone. Was told everything was sorted, received email 2 days later to call customer service to arrange for the difference to be refunded to find out no amendment has been made

Hardly any staff to help. The sale felt forced and he didn’t show much customer care but was probably more concerned about the others waiting for his attention. When you’re spending money, you expect service. I did not experience that and I had to wait a long time before anyone approached me.

Our bed arrived with only one pack of wheels and joining bar. The base of the bed is currently standing in my dining room until the wheels and joing bar arrive in the post

Sales person was very pushy. He was making us rushed to get the payment. He was trying to deal with 2 customers at the same time. So we had to tell him to go ahead and finish withone customer first. The other customer ended up not buying anything and they seemed annoyed too. Not a great buying experience.

pushy salesman who didn't listen but wanted to push me in a certain direction. Also didn't advise on £38 delivery charge until order placed. in a competitive market dreams need to be better !
