On arrival at the shop looking for the bed I needed a guest bed I had to ask to show me how it worked I also wanted to see the mattress the Lady attender could not show me we then ask a man attender if he could get the under bed out so I could see it he was talking to other men in the shop he came over he pulled the bed out tipped on its side and that was how I saw de under bed no fether assistance was given by the two of them good help was given by the female assistan to choose the mattress hence no very satisfied

The Isabella ottoman bed frame was very squeaky and when I pointed out to the store manager that all the other ottoman beds had rubber pads onto which the metal frame rested and that the metal frame had damaged the wooden frame his response was very dismissive. His explanation for the damage was that the bed had been on display for a couple of year and order a replacement for the display. My assistant was very understanding of the matter and took on board my concerns. I bought the bed as it is for my son who was with me and he liked the look of the product. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise.

The assistant was rushing us to make the purchase and all the time was looking at his watch!

I bought a bed last month and the guys who delivered one Iin particular wanted me to bring down the bed from upstairs and then discussed his experience with a previous client .I came back to purchase a second bed for my kids and unlike the previous visit I wasn't asked if I wanted extra slates on the bed and I'm now worried that the pippa bed I bought has had some bed reviews about creaking .the actual bed takes a while to deliver

The first salesman did not have the knowledge of the product we was asking for and argued that it was not available as a complete set eg. Bed and mattress what me to show him on the Internet on my phone as I was bringing it up he walked away to help another customer and didn't come back so I asked another salesman to help and he knew straight away what we wanted.

I walked around and around the store looking at mattresses only when I heard a staff member point out to another couple browsing did I realise about the colour co ordinating notices. I had noticed the different colour clothes on the mattresses which is a good idea but I hadn't notices the signs on the wall explaining them different types since I was looking down at the beds. I finally choose the mattress I waited for some time by the mattress I choose even attempting to go online to order using my smart phone. I then noticed a staff member sit at the desk near the mattress I wanted so I approached him to buy my mattress. He was able to assist with the purchase quite quickly at that time. It can be annoying when your approached too quickly so it can be difficult for staff, but surely staff can keep an eye open for punters when they keep going back to the same item or even offer assistance if they see the same person wandering about the store! I went to dreams as I had purchased a bed two years ago and was happy with the assistance I got. This time I didn't get any guidance just paid for the mattress.

I didn't think the shop assistants was very helpful, when I cam in the store I was looking around for help and there was 3 assistants standing talking and no one came over to offer any help, I had to go and ask for help in purchasing a bed frame
