I was satisfied with the experience. Was very busy but staff were friendly and informative. Had to wait for terminal to place order and had to stand whilst placing order at a counter. My father is disabled and a seated area would have been more practical for him. I also noticed that a lady in a wheelchair had difficulty using card machine as they did not detach from terminals. Manager was visible, very approachable and helpful. Which is good to see.

Well I came to visit the store so I could see the bed and feel it...experience it before purchasing it. I also wanted to visualise it in my bedroom as this is not really achieve via online. The advisor informed me that not all the items are on the shop floor, I was very displeased with this as I saw other beds from the website. This helps the customer to make up their mind with peace of mind as they are comfortable that it would be suitable. So I asked the advisor to allow me to look at it online on his computer, which he did. So I decided to buy it.

Prices were a bit expensive.

No reason

Assistant slightly pushy to complete sale. Not overbearing but noticeable. Wouldn't put me off returning but clear they were target or commission driven

Would have like to have seen a few more beds at the price range we were looking at but that would have only been possible if it had been a bigger store so not the stores fault. They have to show a selection of various prices not just one price range.

Everything was satisfactory. We thought the prices could have been a little lower but ultimately we were happy with our experience and purchase.

The first sales person was nice to us. We were lifting the mattress to see what the bed frame looked like. If I recall the name of the person was Noel. He was rather rude & said that beds are decorated don't disturb them. The second agent, Moses was really nice & helped us select what we wanted. He was helpful & patient & helped chose the right product

I not highly satisfied because I was not informed of a premium price for Saturday delivery.

I was not talked through the various pros and cons of each mattress type. i.e. in relation to allergies - liklyhood of mattress getting warm etc - this may have been because we we quite specific about what we were after however as we essentially purchased the mattress as it was similar to the one we were replacing.
